Well done to all the members of the Gosport Woolly Warriors led by Heather Whitewood who put on an amazing display and poppy making workshop at Gosport Museum and Art Gallery on VE Day, Thursday 8th May 2025.
The group are a friendly gaggle of locals who meet at the museum weekly to knit and crochet. Come down and add your poppy to the display.
They are particularly proud to have created the display to welcome visitors to the amazing exhibition of The Longest Yarn Britain at War & D Day which runs at the museum from 13 May 2025 – 4 Jun 2025.
